Research Institute for Sport Business, Waseda Univ.
The Research Institute for Sports Business (RISB) was established in 2001 at Waseda University. The aim of the institute is to contribute to the improvement of the sports society by collecting and analyzing data of the sports market, enforcing the political proposals, and establishing the educational system of sports and business. Our specific projects are research of the Gross Domestic Sports Product (GDSP), professional sports market, the establishment of community sports clubs, and so on.
